About this cartoon: A bipartisan commission released a major report illustrating the failures in the Iraq war, and suggesting ways to hopefully improve or perhaps salvage (forget about "winning") a rapidly declining situation. Bush acknowledged he read the report, but it was clear he's not happy with a report that refutes most of his goals and policies. He needs to act, but will he follow the study group's recommendations?
