About this cartoon: California Secretary of State.Bill Jones, running for the Senate seat of Barbara Boxer, hasn't exactly been setting anything on fire. A story in the Star mentioned how he didn't seem to have much to run on except his friendship and connection with Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Arnold wasn't doing a whole lot to campaign for him at that.
