About this cartoon: For some reason, President Reagan ("Seen one tree, seen 'em all") tried to pass himself as an environmentalist at one point... not too believable, given his appointments and record.
Noteworthy: I always liked this one, and did a variation on it when his successor, George Bush, was president. Exhibited in a show of environmental cartoons.
