About this cartoon: Menachem Begin's tenure as Israel's Prime Minister comes to an end.
Noteworthy: I was trying to get a sense of his imperiousness as well as the easing of his burdens. This is something of a follow-up to my cartoon of him in the desert with Moses, except this time Begin is Moses.
