About this cartoon: Israeli forces smashed into Gaza in retaliation for the endless rocket attacks against Israeli citizens. Hundreds of Palestinians, mostly Hamas but also including numerous civilians, were killed, causing considerablte world outrage. But most of the world also understood that Hamas rockets ingited the war, and that Israel, like any nation, had a duty to stand up to terrorist attacks and protect its citizens.
