About this cartoon: Advertising keeps getting more pervasive, from stadium re-naming to kiddie toys; stories about high schools signing promotional contracts with soda and fast-food companies triggered the drawing of this cartoon.
Noteworthy: I always really liked this cartoon, but it drew no reaction at all when it ran (as do many, many of my cartoons).
