About this cartoon: It was revealed that Bush had engaged in domestic spying on American citizens, quite illegally even though there were legal options at his disposal. In typical arrogant fashion, he lashed out at the news reports as interfering with his fight against terrorism. He ticked off enough memebers of Congress in both parties to torpedo his beloved Patriot Act.
