About this cartoon: The Catholic Church was rocked by revelation after revelation —and not the miraculous kind — of sexual abuse by its priests against children (often young boys), and of the cover-ups that the chuch hierarchy tried to impose, including the transferring of priests to different parrishes, where they could abuse new crops of kids. Despite denunciations by the pope of sinning priests, more abusers were identified seemingly every week.
