About this cartoon: The specific news story of the moment was on a new "interceptor" missile program that Bush and the Pentagon wanted, quite reminescent of Reagan's "Star Wars." It then brought to mind quite a number of other people and events that were resurfacing from past administrations.
Noteworthy: A fun cartoon that reminds me of some of my "classic" multipanel cartoons from when I worked in Seattle and Los Angeles -- and had far more time to do such complex cartoons that I can rarely squeeze out nowadays with my busy graphics workloads.
