About this cartoon: The new Republican majority in the House of Representatives made it Task One to vote to repeal President Obama's landmark heath care reform, even though they knew their vote would get nowhere in the Democrat-controlled U.S. Senate. It didn't matter that many of their constituents had been clamoring for health reform for years or were already benefitting from the newly-eneacted laws.
