About this cartoon: President Bush's plan for moving forward in Iraq seems to never have been fully thought out. The battle plans were laid out in great detail and succeeded brilliantly, but the entire rebuilding and democratization of Iraq appears to have been only quickly outlined, with far too many details left to be figured-out later.
