About this cartoon: Following Election 2010, California's finances are still in a crisis, with a multi-billion-dollar deficit, and Gov. Schwarzenegger has been trying to sound the alarm and take some action before his term runs out. The Legislature, however, has decided it would rather wait for Governor-elect Jerry Brown to take office, and has tuned out Schwarzenegger altogehter.
