 Title: Budget pain and struggle

About this cartoon: Governor Schwarzenegger presented his budget, and promised pain and difficulty. That was an easy promise to keep, as opponents on both sides of the aisle found things to be upset about, with state Sen. John Burton among the leaders of the protests.
Noteworthy: I'm still deciding how much "Ahnuld-speak" to maintain... at this point, it's mostly subbing D's for Th's and V's for W's, and then toning it back some. I'm trying to not overdo it.
