about this cartoon: | Title:
Beach access Published: Ventura County Star Date: Sept. 18, 2002 About this cartoon: One of the main duties of the California Coastal Commission is to ensure public access to the coastline. Private, and generally wealthy, landowners want their privacy (Malibu is a prime example), and so it's a continuing battle. Noteworthy: These sing-alongs are fun to do, and this was my first in Ventura. |
