About this cartoon: Kathleen Brown, sister of one California governor and daughter of another, became the Democratic candidate for governor in 1994. Politically, it was much better to be associated with her father than her eccentric brother. She eventually lost the election to Pete Wilson.
Noteworthy: A fun and easy cartoon; I only had to draw the image once, and-- what else-- crop it two ways.
