About this cartoon: Each state had been deciding its individual designs for the back of the new quarter coins, which are being introduced in the order the states were inducted into the Union. The state of California is trying to decide the most fitting design... so I thought I'd help out
Noteworthy: A fun cartoon to think up... of course, there could have been umpteen more "designs" here.
