About this cartoon: Jerry Brown's political career was over, in no small part due to his mishandling of the Medfly crisis. His gubanatorial career had begun with his "Era of Limits" declaration (i.e., the old unrestrained days were over), and it seemed fitting for its end.
Noteworthy: Nice, simple, clean visual... other than the totally wordless cartoons, this was pretty much the type I aimed for.
