About this cartoon: Somehow, enough California voters managed not to be fooled by PG&E's self-serving ballot measure, Prop. 16, and rejected the miserable thing despite PG&E spending $46 million on media-saturation ads. How will PG&E deal with this huge loss? Their customers might be able to answer that in the coming years.
