About this cartoon: Interior Secretary James Watt believed himself to be a reasonable person, as long as things were on his terms.
Noteworthy: This is one of my favorite and best-drawn cartoons up to this point, and was displayed in an exhibit of environmental cartoons as well as reprinted in the book, Best Editorial Cartoons of the Year.
