about this cartoon: | Title:
Just some moderate relaxation Published: Seattle Post-Intelligencer Date: April 24, 1995 About this cartoon: A cartoon for Earth Day. The Newt Gingrich-led Congress was attempting to roll back environmental protections on several fronts, and wanted some "relaxation" of endangered species protections, which I felt was really non-protection. Noteworthy: Yes, I know a rhino's horns are not really bone... I used "cartoonists license" to make it and the rest more recognizable.. | ||||||||||||||
