About this cartoon: Toxic wastes from various sources was a growing problem, part of which was in where to dispose of it. The answer apparently was, "Nowhere.".
Noteworthy: If this was drawn in the computer era, it would have been much easier than drawing all the signs and footprints precisely and in perspective.
