About this cartoon: Ten years after the start of the Iraq War, and America has something to show for it: We've strengthened Iran's hand considerably there. For his many faults, Saddam Hussein did stand as a counterweight to Iran, and by knocking out Hussein and completely disrupting his forces and the nation, we've opened up a free path for Shiites loyal to Iran.
