About this cartoon: Newspapers may be "old tech" but they're still the Mass Media, and usually very high-profile in their cities. The reach of online products can be far greater, but it can be a diffuse audience scattered around the world and lacks the same kind of critical mass in the home market area.
Noteworthy: Those with online products weren't too crazy about this cartoon, but I think it's very true.
