About this cartoon: President Clinton's sexual scandals posed a dilemma for feminists: he was both their champion and someone who violated principles they valued. On the other hand, the Republicans were unsupportive towards women's issues, with the Christian Right taking a barefoot-pregnant-and-submissive stance towards them.
Noteworthy: One of my very favorite cartoons. Not only did it achieve the coveted and difficult totally-wordless mark, but it's well-drawn, biting... and I got to draw a naked woman in the cartoon to boot!
