about this cartoon: | Title:
Intergalactic lotto Published: Seattle Post-Intelligencer Date: July 10, 1986 About this cartoon: State lotteries, including Washington's, had to keep boosting the jackpots to keep interest levels up. Problem was, of course, that the odds of winning had to grow fainter in order to do so. Noteworthy: Great fun inventing and drawing my intergalactic card-hustler... even had to think how he'd be dressed. Ah, the tasks cartoonists have to face. |
