About this cartoon: A huge national surplus disappeared in months, in no small part due to the president's tax refunds. His overall plan for the economy echoed that of Ronald Reagan, and carries the same potential for massive budget deficits.
Noteworthy: A fun cartoon to draw; the Tooth Fairy was slightly inspired by Tinkerbell.
