About this cartoon: Even before the Monica Lewinsky affair, President Clinton had a knack for following a political triumph with a political disaster, and never quite being able to get across his cornerstone programs that would establish the legacy he wanted. The mythological figure of Sisyphus was the inspiration for this cartoon.
Noteworthy: Yes, I used copies of the panels to get the effect of repeated actions and results. Maybe it's lazy, but I think it works well here.
