About this cartoon: It was revealed that Salt Lake City officials were giving favors to the International Olympics Committee in order to win selection of their city as a host for an Olympics. Horrors, horrors, surely nothing like this ever happened before with the IOC, right?
Noteworthy: In case you can't read them, the labels on the three treasure chests are of gifts from "would-be host cities."
