    about this cartoon: | Title:
Utterly failed Published: Seattle Post-Intelligencer Date: Oct. 17, 1994 About this cartoon: Bill Clinton had no shortage of setbacks, and was being written off by both the Republicans and fellow Democrats who didn't want Bill campaigning for them alike. But he had his share of successes, and in one particularly good week saw democracy come to Haiti amd saw Iraq back off from another crack at Kuwait... all without firing a shot. Nonetheless, Clinton got minimal kudos on these. |
