about this cartoon: | Title:
Abortion definition Published: Seattle Post-Intelligencer Date: Feb. 21, 1998 About this cartoon: A cartoon about the politicization of abortion, with some pro-choice Republican legislators being compelled to toe the party line if they had any hope for GOP help in re-elction efforts. Noteworthy: Readers from both sides of the abortion debate seemed to like this cartoon. The shading on her face was an experiment that I think paid off and made for a more compelling visual. |
