About this cartoon: Salaries for sports stars were reaching incredible new heights. This cartoon came about as a speculation of how it must look to a real outsider.
Noteworthy: I decided to use the familar alien depiction (as in Roswell, New Mexico or Grateful Dead t-shirts) rather than a new version of alien creatures, to speed the reading of the cartoon along.
