About this cartoon: Consumer news stories reported the continuing decline of airline service, with rampant cancellations of flights (United being one of the worst), endless lines, cramped seats and frequent, long delays among the complaints... none of this was news to air travellers.
Noteworthy: I got to experience the joy of getting to the airport and finding my flight was cancelled just weeks earlier... thanks, United.
