About this cartoon: There is a constant call for more affordable housing, and builders seem to be building houses. But what actually comes onto the market never seems to match the vision put forth by housing advocates... there is simply too much profit in high-end homes for builders to want to give that up.
Noteworthy: I assume builders won't like this cartoon, but i think this fairly well sums up the messages both spoken and unspoken.
