About this cartoon: Drawn for Seattle, where the housing prices were soaring (Californians took much of the blame) as the town turned trendy, although it also applied to the Bay Area, L.A. and other metro areas where housing was becoming unaffordable.
Noteworthy: A good, wordless visual cartoon. Picked up by the Los Angeles Times, where the issue was also very relevant.
