About this cartoon: Demographic studies found thast for the first time, California was now a state of minorites, with whites slipping below a majority for the first time since statehood and no group predominating.
Noteworthy: This cartoon was dependent on a good drawing of the woman's face, needing to be both multi-cultural and attractive; I'm pretty pleased with it.
