this cartoon feature: This was my first appearance in Mad, in issue
#263, June 1986, and my only time in there while Publisher Bill Gaines was
still alive. This was an editorial cartoon I'd drawn for the Seattle Post-Intelligencer
about a couple of morally-challenged world leaders, and a local reader sent
it to Mad, which ran it on its Letters page. | |||||||||
