About this cartoon: An enormous wildfire scorched 150,000
acres of the Angeles National Fire, threatening (among other places) Mount
Wilson, home of an observatory and numerous communications antennae. Meanwhile,
local television stations were very slow to report the fire, even though
it was one of the area's biggest ever (though it didn't threaten celebrities'
homes).
