About this cartoon: A brutal knee-on-neck strangling of a handcuffed black man by a white cop in Minneapolis sparked massive protests against racism and police brutality across the nation, accompanied by looting, violence and vandalism. Once again, America had to consider what it's like to be black and face risks their white neighbors seldom encounter.
