Title: Farrakhan graffiti
Published
: Seattle Post-Intelligencer
Date: June 6, 1994
About this cartoon: The Rev. Louis Farrakhan's agenda seems to be, at least partly, African-American separatism, and one of his means toward it seems to be to split the once-strong connection between Jews and blacks, via any means including lies and virulent anti-Semitism..
Noteworthy: I didn't just want a cartoon bashing Farrakhan, I wanted to remind people that blacks and Jews were together during the Civil Right Movement. The form of this cartoon caused people to be uncomfortable, even though most agreed with its points.
