About this cartoon: The violence between Israel and the Paestinians was raging out of control, with suicide bombings and deadly retaliation on a near-daily basis, even as the U.S. struggled to bring about a cease-fire so as not to disrupt the fragile coalition fighting in Afghanistan against terrorists and the Taliban regime.
Noteworthy: Mostly intended as a sort of upbeat holiday cartoon in the midst of daily depressing news from the Mideast.
